1. Software Availability

Our software features and products may cease to function at any moment due to game updates, anti-cheat changes, or other technical reasons. While we strive to restore functionality as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee completely uninterrupted service.

2. Bans and Detections

Using third-party modifications or cheats inherently carries risks. Refunds will not be granted in the event of game account bans or software detections. By using our software, you accept full responsibility for your actions.

3. System Requirements

Please double-check that your computer meets the specified system requirements on the product page before purchasing. We reserve the right to deny refunds if your PC is incompatible due to factors outside our software's scope.

4. Refund Policy

Accidental or incorrect purchases cannot be refunded or exchanged. As a general rule, we do not issue refunds for activated digital goods, unless management decides otherwise on a case-by-case basis.

5. Prohibited Activities

You are strictly prohibited from sharing access to your account with third parties, reverse-engineering, or attempting to crack our software. Violating these rules will result in an immediate, permanent, and non-refundable hwid ban.

6. Compensations

Any compensations (such as added subscription time) for server downtime or prolonged updates are provided solely at the discretion of our administration.

7. Activation Key Transfer

Each activation key is single-use and can be activated by anyone who holds it — including someone you have shared it with. The subscription goes to whoever activates the key first.

If you share your key with another person and they activate it before you, that is your sole responsibility. We are not liable for the consequences of transferring a key to a third party, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

8. Technical Support

Technical support is provided through the ticket system in your personal account. We always strive to help and resolve your issue promptly, however we cannot guarantee resolution of problems related to hardware incompatibility or third-party software interference.
